Shipping Policy for TrustCanada
At TrustCanada, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. Please review the following information about our shipping process, delivery times, and associated terms.
Delivery Time Frame
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- For pre-orders, processing times may vary, and these orders will be dispatched separately.
Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Rural Locations: Please allow up to 12 business days for delivery to remote or rural addresses.
Shipping Costs
- Flat Rate Shipping Fee: $4.99 per order.

Extra Shipping Fee for Large Essentials: Due to the size and handling requirements, larger essential products, such as diapers and wipes, incur an additional shipping fee of $6.99 per order.
Important Shipping Notes
- The shipping time does not include the 1-2 day processing period required to prepare your order for dispatch.
- Delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customs Duties and Taxes: For international orders, any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Ownership, Terms, and Risk
Once your order has been dispatched, ownership and risk of the parcel transfer to you.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.
- Lost or Damaged Items: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@trustcanada.org within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
Tracking Your Order
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.
