How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery timeframe is divided into two parts:
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. As a result, changes or cancellations are generally not possible once an order has been placed. However, if you need assistance, please contact us immediately via email at Support@trustCanada.org to check the status of your order.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey.
If you did not receive a tracking number or if the tracking information appears to be inaccurate, please contact us via email at Support@trustCanada.org for assistance.
My order never arrived. What should I do?
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please email us at support@trustCanada.org with your order number. Our team will investigate the issue and provide a resolution.
My package was marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive anything.
If your package has been marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, here’s what we recommend:
- Delivery carriers like USPS or FedEx sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely. Please allow 2–3 business days, as the package may arrive later.
- If the package still does not arrive, contact us at Support@trustCanada.org with your order number, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
The product I ordered doesn’t fit. What can I do?
We accept returns or exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with the original tags attached. Please contact us via email at Support@trustCanada.org to initiate a return or exchange.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear. If you have any fit or quality concerns, email us for tailored assistance.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Non-Quality Issues: Unused products can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt for reasons such as size mismatches. Please note that the return shipping cost will be borne by you.
- Quality Issues: If a product is damaged due to quality issues within the warranty period, contact us immediately at Support@trustCanada.org. Our customer service team will provide a solution that best fits your needs, such as a replacement or refund.
